Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

By using the Voyagely app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Voyagely lets you build trips and export animated map videos and posters. An optional account adds cloud sync and a cloud video library. The service is provided as-is; features may change, and cloud features depend on third-party providers (such as Supabase, OpenFreeMap, Photon, and OSRM) whose availability we do not control.

Your content

Your trips, photos, and exported videos are yours. You keep all rights to them, and you can share the files the app produces however you like. Exported maps are drawn from Natural Earth cartography and carry a Natural Earth credit alongside an OpenStreetMap contributors credit, which covers routed lines and which OpenStreetMap's licence requires, so please keep both intact when sharing. By syncing content to the cloud you grant us only the technical permission needed to store it and give it back to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Voyagely to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or resell the cloud features. The AI trip assistant has a fair-use daily limit.

Your account

You are responsible for the email account you sign in with. You can delete your account and all cloud data at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyagely is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or the accuracy of maps, routes, and geocoding results. Keep your own copies of content you care about.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@voyagely.co.
